• Encourage others to join and to form self help groups with parents and professionals as partners.
• Participate or help in organizing Awareness, Training and Fellowship programs, seminars, workshops or conferences.
• Initiate and develop facilities in your own region.
• Sponsor a Child’s education, a Teacher’s training or a School’s infrastructure/facilities.
• Donate to EMPOWER

Initially the registration fee will be a nominal Rs. 100/ per individual and Rs. 500/ for institutions. A decision will be taken on annual membership fees and other categories of membership at the 1st General Body Meeting proposed to be held by the end of the year.
